Pricing, answered
Yes. Free is free for as long as you like, with unlimited sales on one till. It fits a one-person counter: one location, one login, and up to 25 products. No card required to begin.
Staff and branches. Starter is a shop with a store room: two locations, up to 100 products, and five staff logins besides your own. Growth removes the ceilings, adds wholesale pricing, and covers up to five branches at one flat price.
You move to the Free plan and carry on selling — the till never stops. Everything you added during the month stays exactly where it is: if you built a 300-product catalogue you keep all 300, you simply cannot add the 301st until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and no card is charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.
Growth is GH₵150 a month while we onboard our first shops; it normally costs GH₵200. Shops that join at the founding price keep it for as long as they stay subscribed, even after the price rises for new customers. Any change to what you pay comes with at least 30 days' notice.
TableKare is in pilot, and pilot restaurants agree terms directly with us. These plans apply to Obali POS; TableKare public pricing follows after the pilot.
Anytime, up or down. Stepping down never deletes anything: if you drop below a plan's limits you keep every product, branch and login you already have, and are simply asked to upgrade before adding more.
